Getting Started with Gift Card Class Categories

When you create or edit Gift Card Classes, you can optionally add them to one or more existing Gift Card Class Categories. Gift Card Class Categories allow you to collect Gift Card Classes together, typically for the purpose of displaying them on your website or app. For example, you can use the Loyalty APIs to request only the Gift Card Classes within a certain Category or Categories.

You can also search for Gift Card Classes on the Gift Card Classes screen based on their inclusion in a Category.

Access

The Gift Card Class Categories screen is used to view, create, and manage the Gift Card Class Categories in your loyalty program. To access the Gift Card Class Categories screen, select Transactions from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Gift Card Class Categories from the side navigation menu.
